Accommodation
Room options depend on your registration type:
- Single room with queen bed: 850€ (option to add an accompanying person: +500€)
- Single room with two twin beds shared between colleagues: 700€
- Single room with two twin beds shared between students: 550€
The accommodation price includes full conference access, all meals, coffee breaks, and event activities.
If you share your room, the name of your preferred roommate will be asked at the self-nomination stage.
